Short Description:

Dye-sublimation textile is a warp-knitted PET substrate (>80 %, 75–150 g m⁻²) engineered for phase-change coloration. Under 190–200 °C, 0.4 MPa nip pressure, solid disperse dyes sublimate directly into the amorphous regions of the filament, achieving ≥20 µm strike-through and ΔE < 1.5 across 1.6 m width. The resultant molecular bond yields grade-4 wash-fastness, 100 kJ m⁻² UV stability and unaltered air permeability, with no cross-linker or surface hand.
