  • Advertising Printing Material Dye Sublimation Flag Banner Fabric Textile Wrap Knitted Polyester Sublim Flag Fabric Roll

Advertising Printing Material Dye Sublimation Flag Banner Fabric Textile Wrap Knitted Polyester Sublim Flag Fabric Roll

Dye-sublimation fabric is a polyester-based textile engineered for “dye-infusion” printing. In this process, solid sublimation inks are first printed in mirror image on special transfer paper; the paper is then placed face-down on the fabric and subjected to 190-200 °C heat and medium pressure for 30-40 seconds. Under this thermal shock the dye by-passes the liquid phase and turns instantly into gas; the polyester fibers swell, allowing the gaseous pigments to penetrate the yarn core. When the fabric cools the fibers contract, locking the color inside the filament rather than merely on the surface
  • Custom Recycled Neoprene Fabric Waterproof White Polyester Jersey Fabric Dye Sublimation Printing Neoprene Fabric

Custom Recycled Neoprene Fabric Waterproof White Polyester Jersey Fabric Dye Sublimation Printing Neoprene Fabric

Dye-sublimation fabric is 100 % polyester. Print your design on paper, press it to the cloth at 200 °C, and the ink turns to gas that slips inside the fibres. When it cools the colour is locked in, so the print will not crack, fade or feel thick. The cloth stays soft, light and airy—perfect for flags, sport shirts and any display that needs bright art and easy wash. Rolls come 1.5 m wide, ready for Epson or Mimaki, and one metre is enough to test the brilliant result.

  • Wholesale White Paper Roll High Quality 100gsm Customizable Size High-Transfer Rate Jersey Sublimation Print Fabrics Textiles

Wholesale White Paper Roll High Quality 100gsm Customizable Size High-Transfer Rate Jersey Sublimation Print Fabrics Textiles

Dye-sublimation fabric is a high-polyester textile engineered for gas-phase coloration. Solid disperse dyes are first printed in reverse onto high-release paper, then brought into intimate contact with the knit under 190-200 °C and 0.3-0.5 MPa for 25-40 s. The thermal pulse drives the dye past its triple point; pigment molecules enter the PET amorphous zones while the polymer chains are transiently mobile. The process is water-free, binder-free and ideal for sportswear, beach flags and soft signage that must combine vivid graphics with durability.

125GSM Dye Sublimation Knitted Mesh Flag Fabric for Outdoor Mesh Beach Flags

In sublimation printing the colorant exists as a thermally labile solid. When the printed paper-fabric sandwich reaches 195 °C the dye vapour pressure exceeds 3 kPa; the pigment bypasses the liquid state and enters the PET fibre as a super-critical fluid. Because the colour becomes part of the yarn rather than a coating atop it, crock-fastness exceeds grade 4 dry and 3-4 wet, while air permeability remains within 5 % of the untreated greige. The process is water-free, steam-free and generates only recyclable paper waste, making it the preferred choice for eco-conscious brands.
